GSSNE is excited to launch Rallyhood, an all-in-one platform for Girl Scout communication and collaboration, combining many of the tools Girl Scout members, service units, and troop leaders use to communicate with other volunteers and families. Rallyhood allows groups to manage event promotion, registration, and payment; share photos; post, respond, and collaborate with other volunteers and parents; and more.
We hope Rallyhood will also help us build a more connected Girl Scout community!
How we are using Rallyhood
We are using Rallyhood to help everyone associated with GSSNE—families, volunteers, alums, donors—to become better connected to each other.
A Rally is a digital space for groups, with collaboration features to help you share information and coordinate events and activities. A Hub is a landing page with a grouping of related rallies under one umbrella.
Here are the Hubs that GSSNE has set up:
Council-Wide Hub: The Rallies in this Hub are open for all friends of GSSNE to join! There are Rallies for alums, Juliettes, chats about things like Product Programs and Troop Camping, and so much more! You are welcome to join whichever one of these Rallies interests you and start conversing with the GSSNE Girl Scout community.
Volunteer Hub: In the Volunteer Hub, you'll find Rallies dedicated to helping volunteers succeed in your roles. You can request to join the Rallies that fit your participation and an admin will approve your request!
Service Unit Hubs and Troop Rallies: service units will have the option to create hubs for their own areas to connect with their troops, volunteers, and families. Troops are also able to set up their own Troop Rallies! Contact GSSNE Customer Care for assistance with creating a Hub or Rally for your service unit or troop.
Special Interest Group Hub: The Special Interest Groups Hub will have Rallies for various groups in GSSNE that are not troop or service unit based, like our GSSNE Travel Troop. This Hub and its related Rallies are invite-only.
